Diploma Apostille in Orlando.

A Florida diploma or transcript can't be apostilled as it comes out of the registrar's office: a school official has to sign it in front of a notary, with a complete Florida notarial certificate. Florida notaries may not attest copies of public school and university records, so the notarization has to come from the school — not from an outside notary.

Orlando graduates — at UCF or Valencia College or anywhere else in Florida — should ask the registrar for a diploma copy or transcript “notarized for apostille”. A transcript can't be apostilled inside a sealed envelope; if an evaluator also wants a sealed copy, order a second one.

Order online from Orlando and drop the envelope at any FedEx, or meet our Tampa team by appointment — about 90 miles away. We file it in person in Tallahassee and return it in 5–7 business days: $220 all-in, $380 for two, $160 each for three or more. How a Florida diploma or transcript apostille works →

Why Orlando residents need a diploma apostille.

Every week we help dozens of Orange County residents authenticate their documents for use abroad. These are the most common reasons diploma apostille services are requested.

International Teaching

International schools in the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Europe require apostilled diplomas and teaching credentials. Orlando teachers heading to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Korea, China, and Japan use us routinely.

Foreign University Enrollment

Graduate programs in Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK, and elsewhere request apostilled undergraduate diplomas and transcripts as part of the admission file.

Professional Licensing Abroad

Doctors, nurses, lawyers, engineers, accountants, and architects need apostilled diplomas and transcripts to qualify for foreign professional licenses.

Credential Evaluation

International credential evaluators (WES, ECE, Josef Silny) accept apostilled diplomas for evaluation in support of immigration, employment, or further education.

International Work Visas

Many foreign work visa applications — especially in regulated industries — require apostilled proof of educational credentials in addition to the FDLE background check.

Diplomatic / Consular Submissions

Foreign consulates in Miami and elsewhere request apostilled academic credentials for visa interviews and credentialing in their home country.

Common questions.

Yes — by the school. A school official signs the diploma copy or transcript in front of a notary, with a complete Florida notarial certificate. Florida notaries may not attest copies of public school and university records, so an outside notary can't make it apostille-ready. Ask the registrar for a record “notarized for apostille”.
Not in the envelope. The apostille attaches to the notarized transcript itself, so the transcript has to come out — ask your registrar for a transcript "notarized for apostille" (the registrar signs it before a notary with a complete Florida notarial certificate). If a foreign university or evaluator also wants a sealed copy, order a second, separate sealed transcript.
Doesn't matter — age doesn't affect apostille eligibility. We've apostilled diplomas from the 1960s. The only requirement is that the document is notarized properly before submission to FL DOS.
No — only the issuing school can replace a diploma. Most Florida universities offer replacement diploma services for $20–$100. Once you receive the new diploma, we apostille it. Same with replacement transcripts.
5–7 business days from when we receive your notarized diploma. For Orlando residents, online order is the most convenient — we review your documents, then FedEx emails you a QR code, you drop your envelope at any FedEx, and we handle the rest. If you also need us to notarize the diploma, add a day or two for the notarization step (we handle this at your in-person appointment).
Depends on what the receiving institution is asking for. Many foreign universities want both apostilled diploma and apostilled transcript. Some only need the transcript. Some only need the diploma. Check the requirements with the receiving institution before ordering — we don't want you to over-apostille and waste money.
Yes — any Florida school, public or private, once the registrar has signed the record in front of a notary with a complete Florida notarial certificate. Ask at UCF or Valencia College for a record “notarized for apostille”, then send it to us.
$220 per document, all-in — the Florida state fee, a review before filing, in-person filing in Tallahassee and U.S. return shipping. $380 for two documents, $160 each for three or more, the same online or by appointment.
